By shortening the industry standard supply chain we are able efficiently work together with our suppliers to provide the parts and service our Customers need. Sales and Terms of Conditions
GENERAL
- We offer expedited shipping to most locations in Canada through various couriers and trucking companies.
- All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur.
- Final pricing includes all provincial and federal taxes, as well as environmental handling costs.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are typically included for shipments within easily accessible across areas of Canada.
Delivery Terms
- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of payment.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when it will be closed.
- Delivery will be via standard overland transport (Canada Post or similar) once the order has been accepted and paid for.
- A tracking number can be provided upon request.
Returns
- Brahmalea Technologies Canada accepts returns in the event of an ordering error.
- To initiate a return, please submit a request within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping will be managed via a pre-paid shipping label provided by Brahmalea Technologies Canada.
- Once we receive and accept the return, refunds will be processed, and you will be notified via email.
- Refunds will be for the value of the returned goods, less the original shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee.
- If the error was made by Brahmalea Technologies Canada, we will credit the full amount of the order, including taxes and shipping, without charging a re-stocking fee. Additionally, we will provide a prepaid return label free of charge.
Warranty Returns
- Brahmalea Technologies Canada will honor valid warranty claims provided they are submitted within 30 days of receiving the items. If the goods are delivered in a damaged condition, they must be reported immediately and the delivery rejected, if possible. Goods that have been damaged in shipment but not immediately reported or rejected will not be accepted as warrantable claims.
- The goods claimed under warranty suspect, shall be returned to Brahmalea Technologies Canada and the warranty claim analysis shall be solely adjudicated by Brahmalea Technologies Canada.
- Customers are required to pre-pay the return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.
- Upon approval of the warranty claim, a replacement item will be sent (if stock is available). If stock is not available, a full refund, including taxes and shipping costs, will be provided.

WARRANTY
KUP warrants that new Bavaria Filters shall be free of defects in workmanship and material from the date of installation until the end of the service life, as specified by the OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer), up to 12 months maximum, from the time of purchase. KUP, at their option, will replace any product found to be defective when you return it to KUP or to the KUP Distributor. The KUP Limited warranty does not cover incidental, consequential or indirect damages of any kind. This limited warranty represents the total liability of KUP or its Distributor. KUP and its Distributor donot make anyother warranties or representationsbeyond what is explicitly stated in this warranty statement, either expressed or implied.
